The Portugal Football School invites you to the 1st International Conference “Football is Medicine”, to be held on January 25th and 26th, 2018.
This scientific conference will bring together expert researchers from around the globe to present and discuss the increasing evidence of recreational football practice as a tool for the prevention and treatment of several non-communicable diseases.
We invite you to join us in the City of Football, headquarters of the Portuguese Football Federation.

Abstract submission for free oral presentations
Abstract submission is now open for free oral presentations.
Contributions from all areas related to physical activity, exercise and health are welcome (i.e. not exclusive to football).
Abstracts should be written in English and strutured with the following items:
INTRODUCTION
METHODS
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
REFERENCES
For references, Vancouver style should be used.
Figures and tables are not allowed.
The word limit is 300 words, including references.
