We invite the submission of abstracts for technical poster presentations at the EITA-New Materials 2019.
In order to attract more graduate students and young researchers to participate in the EITA-New Materials 2019, the organizing committee of the EITA-New Materials 2019 has added "Student Poster Competition" to the conference program. We invite the submission of abstracts for technical poster presentation on any topic related to “New Materials, Nanotechnology, Healthcare, New Energy and Sustainable Smart Manufacturing” at the EITA-New Materials 2019.
Guide for Authors
Please read the information below before you submit your abstract.
Abstract deadline: 4 August, 2019 at 23:59 (GMP+8)
Authors will be notified of the outcome of the review process by 14 Augst, 2019.
Your abstract submission must consists of two parts: A short Summary (Maximum 300 words) and a full abstract (one-page PDF)
The full abstracts should include an Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion and are limited to a one-page A4 PDF format. The template for the one-page full abstract can be downloaded here.

All abstracts must be submitted in English.
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

Poster abstracts for consideration should be one page and please click on the “Submit Abstract” link to access the EasyChair abstract submission site.
Abstracts must be submitted via this EasyChair abstract submission site (link). Faxed or emailed abstracts will not be considered.
Submissions will be reviewed for acceptance in the student poster competition. Notification regarding abstract acceptance and scheduling will be sent to the submitting author.
Please note, for each accepted poster abstract, one of the authors has to present their works as poster in the “Student Poster Competition” session.
Poster Display Guidelines
Posters should be prepared in English.
Dimension of poster boards: 1.0 m (width) x 2.0 m (height); Recommended poser size: A0 paper size (841 mm × 1,189 mm)
Double-sided tape for mounting will be provided at the venue
Poster Awards
Poster awards are offered for outstanding posters presented in the Psoter Session. Each award winner may receive an award certificate and CASH awards.
