The 11th edition of CTDIAC (Concurso de Teses e Dissertações em Inteligência Artificial e Computacional) is a satellite event of the Brazilian Conference on Intelligent Systems, which will be held in São Paulo, SP, Brazil, in 25-28, October, 2018. The main goals of CTDIAC are to disseminate and award the best MSc dissertations and DSc theses (MSc and PhDs concluded in Brazilian universities from June 2016 to May 2018) in Artificial and Computational Intelligence areas.
Selected awarded papers will be invited to publish in the Inteligencia Artificial Journal (Iberoamerican Journal of Artificial Intelligence), classified as B2 in the CAPES Computer Science Qualis
CTDIAC-2018 welcomes concluded research work in all Artificial Intelligence and Computational Intelligence topics, which include but not limited to:

Submission Guidelines
Papers can be written in English or in Portuguese and must not exceed 12 pages, including title, abstract, all tables, figures, and references. Over length submissions will be rejected without review. Authors should use the style file of the IEEE Computer Society Press (conference template). Formatting instructions, as well as templates for Word and /LaTeX/, can be found in https://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
CTDIAC expects papers with concluded research work, including evaluation and results. The paper should include the name of the advisor (and co-advisors) as co-authors and the following information in the first page after the abstract:
- Student level (MSc or PhD)
- Date of conclusion
- Examining board members
- Pointer to an on-line version of the full dissertation or thesis (that can be written in English or in Portuguese)
- Pointers to all publications derived from the research work
Submissions violating the formatting guidelines will be rejected without review.
