It is with great pleasure to invite you to take part in the Colloque national sur la securite des procedes et le developpement durable "CNSPDD'19 " that will take place in Oran, Algeria, from December 11th and 12th, 2019.

The conference is organized by the Laboratory Laboratoire de l'Ingenierie de la Securite et du Developpement Durable LISIDD and Institute of Maintenance and Industrial Safety, IMSI, University of Oran. The Conference is open to all interested researchers and experts in the various fields of Industrial Safety Engineering and Environment and related topics. Industry representatives are also encouraged to participate. Plenary lectures and tutorials are expected too. The Conference Proceeding will be published under ISBN number.

Oran is a major city on the northwestern Mediterranean coast of Algeria. It is located north-west of Algeria at 450 km from the capital Algiers. The city has a population of about 1,000,000, while the metropolitan area has a population of approximately 2,000,000, making it the second largest city in Algeria. Oran is a major port, and since the 1960s it has been the commercial, industrial, and educational centre of western Algeria.

Submission Guidelines

Papers should be submitted in PDF or Word format. Submissions must conform to Springer's format available at (Springer) and should not exceed 10 pages (including all text, figures, references and appendices). Submissions which do not conform to the LNCS format will be rejected without reviews. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition.
