El Congreso Internacional CLADEA 2022 cuyo tema es “Construyendo desde las Escuelas de Negocios un futuro con Equidad y Sostenibilidad” busca artículos procurando integrar el conocimiento académico con la realidad empresarial y contribuirán a fortalecer la educación a nivel global.

NATURALEZA DEL TRACK (Del 1 al 14)
Solo los siguientes tipos de artículos serán considerados como científicos:
- Artículos teóricos: son desarrollo de conceptos, revisión de literatura con identificación de brechas o análisis crítico. Este documento presenta los resultados de una investigación en la que se han analizado y sistematizado varias publicaciones. Dicha investigación debe incluir uno de los temas de seguimiento solicitados para dar cuenta del progreso, las críticas o las tendencias. Una de sus principales características es que presentan una cuidadosa bibliografía de al menos 50 referencias.
- Artículo con aplicaciones metodológicas: en este artículo, se apoyan, explican y muestran las nuevas prácticas para el estudio de un fenómeno particular. Este tipo de investigación incluye tanto aspectos teóricos como prácticos.
- Artículo de investigación empírica: este documento muestra en detalle los resultados originales de los proyectos de investigación y responde las preguntas desde un campo o pista.
- El tipo de artículo debe ser indicado cuando es enviado.
ASPECTOS DE LA FORMA
- Subir el archivo en PDF.
- El artículo/paper puede ser escrito en español, inglés o portugués.
- El límite es de 4 autores por artículo.
- Utilizar interlineado "1,5".
- Tamaño de papel A4.
- Las páginas deben estar numeradas por Word, no manualmente.
- Los títulos de la sección serán centrados con Times 12 negrita y con mayúsculas, interlineado simple. No enumere las secciones o encabezados. Los títulos de las subsecciones estarán escritos con Times 12, cursiva. Ejemplo:

TÍTULO 2
- Las tablas y figuras serán colocadas en el cuerpo del artículo y no al final. Todas las tablas y figuras deben ser enumeradas secuencialmente, y debe referirse a ellas por su número (y no por su localización). Los títulos de las tablas deben colocarse encima, mientras que los de las figuras debe hacerse debajo. Se define como “figuras” todos aquellos gráficos, mapas, diagramas, fotografías y cualquier tipo de ilustración. Considerar que el artículo será trabajado en blanco-negro y los efectos pueden trabajarse con contrastes y tonos.
- Las ecuaciones deben ser numeradas consecutivamente a través del documento y alineadas a la derecha de esta manera: (1), (2), etc.
- La forma de enunciar cifras es la siguiente: La parte entera de la cifra se separará de la parte decimal con una coma, no con un punto ni con un espacio. La coma solo se empleará para marcar los decimales, nunca para marcar los miles, como suele hacerse en inglés. Las cifras enteras de cuatro dígitos (de 1000 a 9999) se escribirán sin espacios, sin puntos y sin comas. Las cifras enteras de cinco dígitos o más llevarán un apóstrofe cada tres dígitos, contados de derecha a izquierda.
- Si se debieran enumerar las variables, habrá que hacerlo con cursiva. Recomendamos tener cuidado y comprobar la consistencia del artículo.
- Las palabras extranjeras (excepto los nombres propios) van en cursiva.
- APA: las reglas de la Asociación Americana de Psicología (6ª edición) se aplicarán a la presentación de textos, referencias de textos y citas. Para más información, consulte http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/
- Las notas al pie no están permitidas.
- Aparte del Track 1 (Economía y Finanzas), las notas a pie de página no están permitidas.
- Para ser candidato a la conferencia, los artículos no deben tener más de dieciocho (18) páginas, incluidas las referencias.
- La densidad del artículo no tiene límites, pero debe tener aproximadamente 5000 palabras (además de tablas y gráficos).
ESQUEMA DEL ARTÍCULO
Características y contenido de la primera página
- Título. El título de su paper será escrito con Times, 16 negrita, centrado, y con letras negras. En adelante, todo el texto debe hacerse en letra Times 12.
- No indicar nombres, correos electrónicos ni afiliaciones. Esta información se llenará en la ficha de inscripción.
- Resumen. No debe exceder las 100 palabras o 2000 caracteres.
- Palabras clave. Al menos debe indicarse una, que facilite la indexación del artículo (máximo tres). El resumen y las palabras claves van con letras times 12, negrita
Características y contenido del resto del texto: Introducción y contenido
- Cuerpo principal (preferible) principalmente en trabajos de aplicación empírica.
- Marco teórico / revisión de la literatura.
- Metodología
- Desarrollo de la investigación (donde se señalan los resultados y los principales puntos de la contribución científica)
- Palabras finales (conclusión, recomendaciones, investigaciones futuras, etc.).
- Referencias completas.
- Apéndice o anexos (opcional)
SOBRE EL ENVÍO DEL PAPER
- Los artículos deben ser subidos electrónicamente en [easychair]. (Habilitado a partir del 01 de abril) Para ello uno de los autores (en representación de su equipo en caso de coautoría) deberá registrarse creando un usuario. En esta plataforma será posible hacer seguimiento al estatus de su artículo: su aceptación, comentarios o rechazo.
- En la ficha electrónica se debe llenar los datos de todos los involucrados e indicar el track de 1 al 14.
- Un mismo autor puede mandar más de un artículo, tanto como autor único o en coautoría.
SOBRE LA REVISIÓN
- Todos los artículos pasarán por un control de calidad externo. Para garantizar la imparcialidad de la evaluación, los trabajos serán evaluados por especialistas en cada eje temático, en la modalidad de “blind review”, es decir, los revisores no conocerán la identidad ni la afiliación de los autores hasta el día de las exposiciones. Por cada artículo habrá al menos dos revisores supervisados por el presidente de la sesión (o track chair).
- Serán considerandos los siguientes criterios: calidad o nivel académico, originalidad, aporte al conocimiento y a la docencia, claridad en la presentación, claridad de la redacción y de la literatura, interés y actualidad del tema.
- Los resultados de la revisión pueden ser: (a) Aceptado, (b) Rechazado y (c) Invitar a Interactive Session.
- Las sesiones interactivas corresponden a papers prometedores, pero que requieren mejoras mayores. Durante dichas sesiones se les ofrecerá retroalimentación.
SOBRE EL CONGRESO
- Por lo menos 1 autor del equipo de autores debe asistir para hacer la exposición de su investigación.
- Un autor puede enviar cómo máximo 2 artículos con un solo pago. En caso de enviar 3 artículos o más, el pago por participación será mayor.
- Solo se otorgará certificado a aquel autor o autores que realicen su registro y pago correspondiente.

NATURE OF THE TRACK (Del 1 al 14)
Only the following types of articles will be considered scientific:
- Theoretical articles: they are development of concepts, literature review with identification of gaps or critical analysis. This document presents the results of an investigation in which several publications have been analyzed and systematized. Such research must include one of the requested follow-up topics to account for progress, criticisms or trends. One of their main characteristics is that they present a careful bibliography of at least 50 references.
- Article with methodological applications: in this article, the new practices for the study of a particular phenomenon are supported, explained and shown. This type of research includes both theoretical and practical aspects.
- Empirical Research Article: This document shows in detail the original results of the research projects and answers the questions from a field or track.
- The type of article must be indicated when it is sent.
FORM'S ASPECTS
- Upload the PDF file.
- The article/paper can be written in Spanish, English or Portuguese.
- The limit is 4 authors per article.
- Use line spacing "1.5".
- A4 paper size.
- Pages must be numbered by Word, not manually.
- Section titles will be centered in Times 12 bold and capitalized, single line spacing. Do not number sections or headings. The titles of the subsections will be written with Times 12, italics. Example:

- The tables and figures will be placed in the body of the article and not at the end. All tables and figures should be numbered sequentially, and should be referred to by number (and not by location). The titles of the tables should be placed above, while those of the figures should be placed below. “Figures” are defined as all those graphs, maps, diagrams, photographs and any type of illustration. Consider that the article will be worked in black-white and the effects can be worked with contrasts and tones.
- Equations should be numbered consecutively throughout the document and aligned to the right like this: (1), (2), etc.
- The way to state numbers is as follows:The way to state figures is as follows: The integer part of the figure will be separated from the decimal part with a comma, not with a point or a space. The comma will only be used to mark decimals, never to mark thousands, as is usually done in English. The four-digit integer figures (from 1000 to 9999) will be written without spaces, without periods and without commas. Integer figures of five digits or more will carry an apostrophe every three digits, counted from right to left.
- If you decide to list your variables (either with Latin or Greek letters) you must use italics. Be careful and watch for consistency in your article.
- Foreign words (with the exception of proper nouns) are in italics.
- For the presentation of the text, the rules established in the APA – American Psychological Association (6th edition) must be used. Also the reference of texts, including citations, must follow the APA style (American Psychological Association) 6th edition. - Footnotes are not allowed.
- Apart from Track 1 (Economics and Finance), footnotes are not allowed.
- To be eligible for the conference, articles must be no longer than eighteen (18) pages, including references.
- Article density is unlimited, but should be approximately 5,000 words (plus charts and graphs).
ARTICLE OUTLINE
Characteristics and content of the first page:
- Title. The title of your paper will be written in Times, 16 bold, centered, and with black letters. Henceforth, all text must be in Times 12 font.
- Do not indicate names, emails or affiliations. This information will be filled in the registration form.
- Summary. It should not exceed 100 words or 2,000 characters.
- Keywords. At least one must be indicated, which facilitates the indexing of the article (maximum three). The abstract and keywords are in times 12 letters, bold
Characteristics and content of the rest of the text: Introduction and content
- Main body (preferred) mainly in works of empirical application.
- Theoretical framework / literature review.
- Methodology
- Development of the research (where the results and the main points of the scientific contribution are indicated)
- Final words (conclusion, recommendations, future research, etc.).
- Complete references.
- Appendix or annexes (optional)
ABOUT DELIVERY OF THE PAPER
- Articles must be uploaded electronically on [easychair]. (Enabled as of April 1) To do this, one of the authors (representing his team in the case of co-authorship) must register by creating a user. On this platform it will be possible to track the status of your article: its acceptance, comments or rejection.
- In the electronic form, the data of all those involved must be filled in and the track must be indicated from 1 to 14.
- The same author can send more than one article, both as a single author or as a co-author.
ABOUT THE REVIEW
- All items will go through an external quality control. To guarantee the impartiality of the evaluation, the works will be evaluated by specialists in each thematic axis, in the "blind review" modality, that is, the reviewers will not know the identity or affiliation of the authors until the day of the exhibitions. For each article there will be at least two reviewers supervised by the chair of the session (or track chair).
- The following criteria will be considered: quality or academic level, originality, contribution to knowledge and teaching, clarity of presentation, clarity of writing and literature, interest and relevance of the topic.
- The results of the review can be: (a) Accepted, (b) Rejected and (c) Invite to Interactive Session.
- The interactive sessions correspond to promising papers, but which require major improvements. During these sessions they will be offered feedback.
ABOUT THE CONGRESS
- At least 1 author from the team of authors must attend to present their research.
- An author can submit a maximum of 2 articles with a single payment. In case of sending 3 articles or more, the payment for participation will be higher.
- A certificate will only be granted to that author or authors who make their registration and corresponding payment.
