CIBIA, the iberoamerican Congress of Food Engineering is a biannual conference with great impact at the Ibero-American level, dedicated to promote food engineering through forums to share and exchange viewpoints with important invited researchers in food engineering from around the world giving young researchers and graduate students a unique opportunity to present their works.
Submission Guidelines
All abstracts must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. They can be submitted in Portuguese, Castellano and English languages. The following paper categories are welcome:
