The Colloquium on Generative Grammar (CGG) is an annual conference that has been held in a different university of Spain, Portugal, or France since 1991. The CGG is a conference where linguists from all over the world discuss current proposals on the syntax, semantics and phonology of natural languages and their interfaces within the Generative Grammar framework. The CGG is one of the main conferences on this topic held in Europe.
The 28th Colloquium on Generative Grammar (CGG28) will be held at the Rovira i Virgili University in Tarragona, on May 30-June 1, 2018.
The conference will consist of a two-day main session (free topic) and will be preceded by a one-day thematic workshop on argument structure and linguistic processing (ARS-LING).
Submission Guidelines
Linguists working in any theoretical framework of Generative Grammar are invited to participate. Each paper presentation will be allotted 30 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion. A limited number of abstracts will also be accepted for poster session. Submissions are limited to a maximum of one individual and one joint abstract, or two joint abstracts per author.

Abstracts should be no longer than two pages in length (including examples and references), in a 12point font, single line spacing and 2,5 cm. margins. Please add 5 keywords. If you do not have an EasyChair account, please follow the instructions provided by the platform and create one.
