Welcome to the official website of The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Management and Trends (ICAIMT). It will be held between May 21- 22, 2025 at the Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) campus in Abu Dhabi, UAE. ICAIMT is a specialized conference on AI, AI management , trends, and analytics that serves as a vital platform for exploring the latest advancements and understanding how these technologies are reshaping multiple sectors.

ICAIMT brings together industry experts, researchers, and practitioners to discuss applications, trends, and breakthroughs in AI technology and its various applications, ranging from generative AI tools and trends, AI management and leadership, AI governance, machine learning, and deep learning in various industries.

The discussions around AI trends, including automation, edge computing, and ethical AI, show how these developments can be applied to solve real-world challenges. By providing useful insights into the data that support these AI technologies, the ICAIMT conference highlights the tools and methods that enable businesses to make data-driven decisions, increase operational efficiency, and innovate within their industries.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

How to submit a paper?

All submissions to the ICAIMT conference should be done online via JIKM’s Editorial Manager (EM).

To submit your paper for the ICAIMT conference, please follow the steps below using JIKM’s Editorial Manager (EM):
Create an account on JIKM’s editorial submission system: Register here.
Title your manuscript with "ICAIMT" as the first word (e.g., ICAIMT – Paper Title).
Select the type of paper (Research Paper ) from the dropdown list in JIKM.
In the Comments section of your submission: mention "This paper is intended for the ICAIMT special issue."
Complete the submission by following the remaining steps in the system.
Notify the local chair (Dr. Neda) via email at n.abdelhamid@adsm.ac.ae after submission. Please include your Paper ID, Title, and Author(s) Name(s).

Ensure that "ICAIMT" appears as the first keyword in your paper’s title.

How to submit a Short Paper?

The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Management and Trends (ICAIMT) 2025 invites submissions from researchers, including research students, to present their work in artificial intelligence applications and trends.

Submission Guidelines:

Format: Submissions should adhere to the conference's formatting guidelines.
Length: While the specific page limit for short papers isn't explicitly mentioned, authors are encouraged to adhere to standard short paper lengths, typically 2–4pages.
Originality: Papers must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
2400 words maximum, including references
Short Paper format: Use the Short Paper template
All short papers will be subject to at least 2 peer reviews by experts in the fields.
How to Submit: All short papers must be submitted electronically and directly to the conference chair via email to chair@icaimt.com. Subject line : ICAIMT Short Paper Submission

All accepted short papers will be published in the official conference proceedings with an ISSN number. This ensures visibility, credibility, and academic recognition for your work. The short papers will not be included in the JIKM journal.

Publication & Indexes: Indexed by Scopus with accepted papers to be published by Journal of Information and Knowledge Management (JIKM) issue by World Scientific. In terms of impact metrics, JIKM has an h-index of 27, indicating that 27 of its articles have been cited at least 27 times. Its SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) is 0.27, reflecting its influence in the academic field, while its CiteScore is 1.8, measuring the average citations per document. Additionally, JIKM's Impact Factor (IF) is 1.30, as of 2023.

Venue

The conference will be held in the Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) at the center of Abu Dhabi city. The department of business analytics at ADSM and the Artificial Intelligence Management Institute (AIM) will host the conference and provide all logistic support. One of the aims of the Business Analytics department is to equip national and international students with up-to-date necessary skills in AI and Big Data Management to produce graduates that hold problem-solving skills and technical skills relevant to industry demand. The faculty offers a range of dynamic, technology-driven programs based on international applied curriculum and education principles
