International Conference on Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Social Governance [BAISG2021] mainly discuss new models, opportunities and challenges of social governance brought by big data, Internet of things, artificial intelligence, blockchain and other technologies innovations. It is an irreversible trend that technological innovation promotes social governance innovation which includes theoretical innovation and practice innovation.
The conference organizer decides to hold this conference in hotel if there is no travel restriction impact from COVID-19 at that time, OR it will be held online.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- The construction of the papers should be complete, includes title, authors’ information, abstract, keywords, introduction, body, conclusion and references mostly in late 5 years.
- The official language of the papers will be English, other languages are not acceptable even in Figures or Tables.
- Please provide reliable contact information in the email text, including address, telephone, email etc.
- The papers should be original, unpublished or not submitted for publication elsewhere. Plagiarized articles will not be considered and the consequences will be responsible to author themselves.
- The papers should be written in English, and not translated by translation software.
- The suggested length of the full papers will be 14 to 15 pages.

Publication
The proceedings will be published as a volume in Springer’s Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series (final approval pending). CCIS is abstracted/indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus. Venue
The conference will be held in a hotel in Guangzhou, China, if there is no travel restriction impact from COVID-19 at that time, OR it will be held online.
