We will be holding the AVA (Applied Vision Association) Spring and Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Bradford on Monday 26 of March 2018.
This is a friendly one-day meeting to be held at the new Optometry and Vision Sciences facilities at the University of Bradford. We welcome submissions from all areas of applied research in human and animal vision such as clinical, computational, perceptual and occupational. Registration and posters will open at 10:30 am with the first keynote at noon. The meeting will end at around 5pm with a drinks reception afterwards followed by an optional visit to one of the excellent local curry restaurants.
We have two distinguished keynote speakers: Professor Jenny Read will give the Geoffrey J Burton Memorial Lecture and Professor Andrew Stockman the CRS Lecture.
The College of Optometrists is supporting the meeting by sponsoring two best presentation prizes (poster or talk, £200 ea), one being specifically for the best presentation by an early career researcher.

Registration will open week commencing 12 of March and will include an option for having your abstract published in i-perception.
