Submission Guidelines

All submission must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. You need to make sure that the followings are included when submit your structured abstract:​

• Brief Statement of Research Question
• Objective of the Study
• Period of Study 
• Methodology or Model Used
• Brief Statement of Findings
• Policy Implications (if applicable)
• Conclusion
• Preferably within 350 Words

Publication

ARCBHL 2017 proceedings  

• Print version conference proceedings (abstract) will be distributed at the conference day with the conference kits.
• Online version conference proceedings will be visible through i-Proclaim Archive Portal and will be cited through this OAI compliant archive.
• Conference Proceedings will be indexed in PKP Index and abcGATE.
• The PKP Index is a database of articles, books, and conference proceedings using PKP's free, open source Open Journal Systems, Open Monograph Press, and Open Conference Systems software applications. The PKP Index includes 468418 records indexed from 1915 publications.
• The abcGATE is a global metadata repository for digital resources created by libraries and institutions. abcGATE allows a searchable index of the metadata from Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH)-compliant archives, such as sites using Open Conference Systems (OCS).
• You have the option for including either abstract only or full paperin the proceedings. If you want your paper to be included, you need to prepare it as per the reference guidelines.
• Please note that once the paper is uploaded to the archive, we cannot change it and reload the revised version. For example, if an author has sent only an abstract before the conference and wants to upload the full paper after the conference, this will not be allowed.
• Or if an author sent the full paper before the conference to be included in the conference proceedings and after the conference, the author changed their mind and wants to delete the full paper and upload just the abstract, we will not comply to such request. We also cannot upload any updated versions of the paper at the conference proceedings archive.
• We will  include your full paper or abstract in the proceedings before the conference. We will not comply to any request after the conference in respect to changes in conference proceedings.

The conference will be held in Mini Auditorium, IIUM, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
