Submission Guidelines

Authors are encouraged to contribute to the conference by submitting reflective articles on projects, research and results, case-studies, lighting design and applications in the lighting industry.

The Conference Proceedings will be published from IOP Science in IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES). By submitting a paper an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the IOP Proceedings. IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES) are indexed in SCOPUS. Authors of high quality contributions will be invited to submit extended versions of their work in a special issue of a journal to be announced soon.

Submission Process

1. Please prepare your abstract using this template (max 500 words, excluding references, tables and figures). Then, convert it in pdf and submit it using the link in this page to the web submission system (to be activated soon). If you don’t have the complete results and the conclusions of your work, you can omit the corresponding sections in the abstract. Deadline 31 January 2022.

2. After acceptance of your abstract as a full paper, please visit the IOP page to write your full paper following the IOP template and instructions. Papers don’t follow exactly these instructions will not be accepted. Deadline 13 May 2022.

3. After the submission of the full paper, a peer review will take place. In case of modifications, please modify your paper according to the comments of the reviewers and submit your final paper to the web submission system. Deadline 30 June 2022.
